Who you are contracting with

The seller is 15953456 Canada Inc., a corporation incorporated federally in Canada (corporation number 15953456), registered office 40 Ed Clark Gardens, Th09, Toronto, Ontario M6N 0B5, Canada. “DemandLens” is the name of its product, not a separate company. Contact: legal@demandlens.app.

What the service does

DemandLens reads public signals — community discussion, search volume, marketplace and registry data — and returns a demand reading with cited evidence, a calibrated confidence level, and the reasons the idea could fail.

The free scan runs the demand axis and shows real cited signal. The paid report unlocks the full multi-axis read.

What the service explicitly does not do

It is not investment, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a guarantee of commercial outcome. The engine returns negative verdicts, and a low score is a valid delivered result, not a defect.

Where a source is unconfigured or unavailable, the report says so rather than filling the gap. Absence of measured signal is reported as absence of measurement, never as absence of demand.

Price and payment

One report costs $24, charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Prices are in US dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion and may add a fee we neither set nor receive.

Delivery

The report is generated and made available immediately after payment. The delivery email carries a link to the recovery page; from another device, request a one-time code there and it returns every report bought with your email address.

If delivery fails, an automatic retry queue re-attempts it. A failure that exhausts the queue is recorded and is refundable under the Refunds terms.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA buyers)

Because the report is digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to give your express consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

That consent is recorded with your order. If you do not give it, the report is not generated and you are not charged.

Acceptable use

Scans are rate-limited per client. Automated bulk querying, resale of the reports as a service, and circumvention of the paid tier are not permitted.

The report is yours to use, quote and share for your own purposes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 15953456 Canada Inc.'s total liability arising from a report is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Changes

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published here on the day of your purchase, and the date above records the last change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, or elsewhere, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence — this clause does not remove them.
